We specialize in WordPress development and maintenance, from simple blogs for individual users to big, robust sites for businesses. Websites are still the choicest real estate for any company wanting to promote their products and brand online. It’s where you can tell your story in full and control everything, from the layout to the copy and everything in between. Facebook and all the other hot social sites can come and go, but your website is where you’ll always have a place that your business can call its own. Plus, it’s where you can really let your company’s offerings shine.
WordPress is an online publishing platform originally built for blogs. It’s since become a very powerful development tool with plenty of bells and whistles to create unique and attractive websites. Artists and Fortune 500 companies alike use WordPress, including TechCrunch, CNN, Best Buy Mobile, and BBC America. One of the best things about WordPress is that it’s user-friendly and can be customized to suit your needs, whether you simply want a blog or an entire e-commerce site.
How long does it take to set up a website?
It depends on a number of factors, from the complexity of the site (number of pages, amount of content, the types of content, etc.) to the timeliness by which we receive the necessary content (including graphics, logo, copy, etc.) from the client. At minimum we would need 4 weeks for a simple website with 8-10 pages, but we can discuss this in detail with each individual client.
How much does it cost to set up a website?
It depends on what the client needs. Individual consultants, artists, and other soloists who want a simple website with just a handful of pages and maybe a blog will obviously be paying much less than a corporate site with multiple pages, various types of content (podcasts, videos, etc.), and possibly even an e-commerce option.
Can you create an e-commerce site?
Yes and no. We can create e-commerce sites for small businesses with a few products, but not enormous sites that require huge databases and complex transactions. Email us and let us know what type of site you’re looking for and what your needs are, and we can chat with you about whether or not we’re the right developer for you. We can also recommend other developers in the Dallas area with whom we’ve partnered in the past and who can create beautiful, extremely complex and layered sites. (Note: We don’t take commissions or “kickbacks” from referred partners. We only refer partners who we absolutely trust will provide exceptional service to our clients.)
Can you maintain our website?
Yes, if it’s a WordPress website. We’re not specialists in Joomla, Drupal, or other programming languages, but we’d be happy to refer you to partners who are and who have done tremendous work for their clients. We offer month-to-month maintenance contracts for our clients that include everything from simple backups to copywriting and editing.
What type of clients have you worked with in the past?
We’ve worked with consultants, small local businesses and nonprofits in a variety of industries and fields. Click here for a list of our current and previous clients.
